PEP stands for post-exposure prophylaxis, and is used to prevent HIV infection after exposure to HIV. PrEP stands for pre-exposure prophylaxis, and is used to prevent HIV infection before exposure happen.

PrEP/PEP is not appropriate for you if the following criteria apply to you:
PrEP and PEP both come in the form of pills Prep is taking prior for prevention and PEP should be started as soon as possible, no later than 72 hours after HIV exposure.

We are able to supply PrEP and PEP orders to appropriate candidates allowable under California Pharmacy Law. During this time, you will consulted and referred to a nearby provider for on going prevention and treatment.
